In 2018 I attended Regent's University in London and completed my specialist training with Ziggie Bergman the award winning and multi-talented Facial Reflexologist and creator of Zone Face Lift, who developed this holistic anti-ageing method. This blissful treatment uses Ziggie's facial reflexology, the healing power of a variety of quartz and spheres, jade sculpting, holistic facial face lift, Japanese facial massage techniques, hot towels, a full facial experience including cleansing, exfoliating and mask, Gua Sha specialist facial tools, Native American healing and Sage Smudging . Deeply relaxing foot and leg reflexology is performed while the face mask is working. Over the weeks clients will notice a reduction in lines and wrinkles, this heavenly treatment naturally lifts your face and spirit, the face can look smoother and more toned and have a healthy glow, it promotes a sense of well-being. This treatment has won rave reviews from the press as a natural alternative to Botox and fillers. Zone Face Lift case histories are completed and before and after photographs are taken of the front of the face, each sides of the face, neck/decolletage area after each treatment to show the differences and progress and sent to the client.
